Isabelle has collaborated with the World Wildlife Fund UK to write “Feeling the Heat: The fate of nature beyond 1.5°C of global warming,” a report that outlines the effects of the global climate emergency on 12 species around the world, from puffins on UK coasts, to emperor penguins in Antartica, to monkeys deep in the Amazon jungle, coral reefs, leatherback turtles and more. The future of us all depends on humanity’s urgent response. The report has received a lot of media attention. Read the article published in The Guardian that covers the main elements of the report and WWF’s press release.
Isabelle has also contributed to the World Wildlife Fund’s report Powering Nature: Creating the Conditions to Enable Nature-based Solutions, launched in September 2021 at the IUCN World Conservation Congress in Marseille, France (https://www.iucncongress2020.org/)
